We fix it and, if needed, roll back to the previous version. We install, update and maintain Comarch Optima and its SQL database together with the server the database runs on.

How much does IT support for an accounting office cost?
Remote help costs PLN 175 per hour excluding VAT, and an on-site visit PLN 250 excluding VAT for the first hour including travel. After a conversation, we can agree a monthly flat fee instead of hourly rates.
