Do you support office software such as Optima and Płatnik?
Yes. We install, configure, update and fix Comarch Optima with its SQL database, Płatnik and law firm software, include them in the backup and, if needed, roll back to the previous version.
Do you work with Saldeo?
Yes. We are an official Saldeo partner.
Where does the office’s backup go?
To a network drive (NAS) in the office and to the cloud. A restore test checks that the data can be recovered.
Can staff work from home or in the field?
Yes. Each person connects to the office through VPN with their own access and signs in to email with 2FA/MFA.
How much does IT support for an office or company cost?
Remote help costs PLN 175 per hour excluding VAT, and an on-site visit PLN 250 excluding VAT for the first hour including travel. After a conversation, we can agree a monthly flat fee instead of hourly rates.
