How much does an hour of work cost?
Hourly rates excluding VAT: employee support PLN 175, networks PLN 200, consulting PLN 250, automation PLN 300. 23% VAT is added.
Do we pay for a full hour when the job takes fifteen minutes?
No. Administration, networks and support are billed per started quarter of an hour, consultations per started hour. On site, the first hour including travel is billed in full.
Can we pay a fixed amount each month?
Yes. A fixed scope can be billed as a monthly flat fee, agreed after a conversation.
When can we call you?
On working days from 9:00 to 17:00. At other times, for clients with a contract.
Can we order a single service without the whole IT Transformation?
Yes. We roll out monitoring, backup and 2FA/MFA without the whole IT Transformation too, and you choose the Transformation stages after the audit.
