We explain how automations and AI agents work on Make.com, ClickUp, Google Apps Script, OpenAI and Retell AI.
Once a day, a newsletter summarises new videos from selected AI channels on YouTube, as text and as a voice recording. We built it without writing code or running our own servers, on Make.com, RapidAPI, Runpod, ChatGPT and ElevenLabs.
We connected Retell AI, Make.com and ClickUp so that a voice AI agent qualifies leads: it follows a set conversation flow, analyses the call and logs the results in ClickUp. The sales team can then focus on the most engaged leads. We also list what to keep in mind under the GDPR.
AI agencies are teams of AI agents that run on language models and improve with each new model release. Discord gives them a place for real-time communication and central monitoring at low cost, and frameworks such as Agency Swarm coordinate several agents at once.
Agency Swarm is a framework for coordinating multiple AI agents, built on the OpenAI Assistants API. It offers agent roles, communication between agents and lightweight state management, and it is used, for example, to automate development work and code reviews.
Google Apps Script automates work in Google Sheets and connects spreadsheets with ClickUp and Make.com, with no separate infrastructure. We explain its trigger types and show how it works in lead scoring.
A user picks one action in a ClickUp task. A Make.com scenario gets OpenAI to write the email subject and body, then saves the draft in Gmail. Apps Script keeps the data behind the drafts up to date.
