What we move and set up
Email from hosting
We move mailboxes at your hosting provider, for example home.pl, nazwa.pl or OVH, over IMAP to named mailboxes on your company domain.
Employees’ personal Gmail
Company email that employees keep in personal Gmail accounts is moved to their mailboxes on the company domain.
Calendars, contacts and files
Along with email, we move calendars and contacts, and files go to Google Drive.
Email without interruption
We switch the domain’s MX records so that email keeps working without interruption and no message is lost.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
These records let recipients’ servers check that a message really came from your company, so your company’s email does not land in spam.
Shared drives
We organise the team’s files on shared drives and set who has access to which folders.
Team training
We give the team a short training on using Google Workspace.
No break in email
Email works throughout the migration
We move messages, calendars and contacts from the old mailboxes: from email at your hosting provider over IMAP and from employees’ personal Gmail accounts. We switch the domain’s MX records so that no message is lost. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records let recipients’ servers check that a message came from your company, so your email does not land in spam.
Team files
The team’s files in one place, with permissions
We move files to Google Drive. On shared drives, we organise the team’s folders and set permissions so that everyone has access to the files they need. Finally, we give the team a short training on using Google Workspace.
