Our work
Akwadrat
For Akwadrat, an accounting firm, we built and kept improving a four-language website, content, SEO, Google Ads campaigns and tracking, all aimed at one thing: a phone call from a new client. According to the firm's president, after this combined work new phone enquiries went from about one a month to about one a day.

Where they started
Akwadrat has been in business since 2012, with a team serving companies in Poland, including clients from abroad. What it lacked was a predictable flow of new conversations: according to the firm's president, a new enquiry by phone came in roughly once a month. Nothing tied search visibility, ad traffic, calls and signed contracts together.
What the firm needed
- Separate entry points for services, locations, companies and foreign clients.
- Visibility in search for people who are actively choosing an accounting firm.
- Ads that appear when someone is looking for an accounting firm and lead to a phone call.
- Tracking of traffic sources and contacts, eventually linked to signed contracts.
What made it work
Specialisation
We wrote separate messages for accounting services, companies, new businesses, locations and foreign clients.
Four-language website
Built together with Konamiya, the site runs in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian, matching the firm's real work with foreign clients.
Content and SEO
Articles and service pages answer specific questions people type into Google; at the peak, three multilingual articles brought in 85.4% of traffic from unpaid search results (GA4, December 2024 to February 2025).
Google Ads campaigns
Ads reached people actively searching for an accounting firm or service, with a phone call as the main next step.
Akwadrat's own team
Traffic only turns into contracts when the caller gets real help and an offer that fits a sole trader, a company or a foreign client, and that part is down to the firm's team.
Timeline 2022–2026
April–May 2022
New website and SEO groundwork
We moved the site from Joomla to WordPress and added service pages, local pages and a blog.
July 2023
First Google Ads campaigns
From July 2023 to mid-March 2024, ads brought in 50.64% of the site's traffic (GA4).
March–November 2024
Four language versions
We launched Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian versions with a new URL structure.
December 2024 – February 2025
Search traffic jump
Sessions from unpaid search results rose by 994% compared with September to November 2024 (GA4); they fell in the following months but stayed above pre-jump levels.
September–December 2025
Content and performance update
We updated the service pages, local pages and home page and worked on the site's loading speed.
From December 2025
New round of campaigns
We launched another series of Google Ads campaigns; up to 2 July 2026, where the available Google Ads data ends, ads brought in 32.33% of the site's traffic (GA4).
What changed
According to Akwadrat's president, after the combined work new phone enquiries rose from about one a month to about one a day, and 2–3 new clients a week began signing contracts – sole traders, companies and clients needing other services. System data confirms the traffic side: GA4 shows sessions from unpaid search results rising from 364 to 3,982 (+994%) when December 2024 – February 2025 is compared with September – November 2024, and Google Ads recorded 74,605 ad clicks between July 2023 and 2 July 2026. The phone was the main goal; contact forms played a marginal role.
What these numbers don't show
- The result comes from the whole set-up: website, content, SEO, campaigns and the firm's own team. The data does not let us credit the rise in calls and signed contracts to SEO, ads or the website alone, and we don't claim the same result for other firms.
- The call and contract figures come from Akwadrat's president. Calls and contracts are not yet linked to a CRM or call tracking, and we don't have revenue figures for new contracts, so we don't quote a lead count or a return on ad spend.
- The search traffic jump measures visits to the site. In those three months GA4 recorded only 3 submitted contact forms, so we don't call it SEO-driven sales growth; unpaid search traffic fell afterwards, though it stayed higher than before the jump.
